HUNROX 2026. Hungary’s First HYROX Simulation Competition. A New Generation Arena Experience.
In autumn 2026, a large-scale HYROX simulation event is coming to Hungary, where sport, showmanship, and community experience come together in a truly unique way.
HUNROX is the first Hungarian arena-based simulation competition where strength, endurance, speed, and mental resilience all play an equally important role. The race is built around a combination of running and functional workout stations, brought to life with an immersive stadium atmosphere and pure adrenaline across 5,000 square meters. Warm-up zones, recovery experiences, community spaces, a spectacular 8-station race course, and the shared energy of thousands of people create an atmosphere unlike anything Hungary has ever seen at a fitness event.
The goal of HUNROX is to bring the world of HYROX closer to the Hungarian audience — giving experienced athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves on home ground, while also making the sport accessible and exciting for those discovering it for the very first time.
What makes HUNROX truly special is that amateur participants and elite competitors race on the very same course. Here, it doesn’t matter where you start from — what matters is whether you have the courage to step up to the start line. The HUNROX community is unique because people are not trying to defeat each other, but to push beyond their own limits.
“For us, HUNROX is not just a competition, but the foundation of a new active and motivating lifestyle community. We are building the next HYROX generation — people who are willing to fight hard and constantly improve themselves.” — Varga Virág Rita - HUNROX founding member
“HUNROX is about stepping out of the grey everyday routine, pushing beyond our comfort zones, and sharing an unforgettable experience together — one that stays with us for a long time.” — Váradi Roland - HUNROX founding member
